These guys were fantastic! They did a great job, and we're extremely happy with the work they did on our chimney, which required relaying the top four courses of brick, repointing many areas from the roof to the new courses, a new crown, and a lock-top damper. We had five quotes, and they were by far the best price. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and FAST. We were told by other companies it would take 2-3 days, but the team got it done in less than one day. Evan and Marcus were excellent, and I would recommend them and Shamrock to friends and family. Shamrock Chimney 🍀 was the absolute best! Last Tues smoke alarm sounded in basement, Sent my son to "change the battery." He said alarm still going off. Fire Dept came. CO tested high in basement from H2O tank & chimney. Called around & Mary at Shamrock was able to rearrange her crew's schedule to come on Thursday! I thought they'd need to order parts & come back. Had everything on the truck with them and worked until the job was completed. Polite, professional, got the job done!!

I was impressed with their work. The communication was fantastic. They updated me every day on when the crew would arrive. They provided pictures each night so I could see the progress. I found them through a Google search and glad I did. I would highly recommend them. Here is a before and after photos.

Steer clear! We have both a wood burning fireplace and a gas fireplace and the guys that showed up for our service needs took us for a ride and walked out of our house with $700! We were charged $600 for about $5 worth of high temperature concrete to be applied to the fireplace floor refractory stone and were told we needed to buy a grate to keep it from happening again (which was a lie - we contacted them manufacturer and no grate is needed [another $50 gone]). They "serviced" our gas fireplace. They basically tore it part wiped some things down, then threw all the artificial wood/stones back into the unit so haphazardly that we had to take it apart again to fix it. They only charged $100 for that mess. Find a company that offers NFI certified technicians!!!

Shamrock Chimney Company is a total sham. Our property manager scheduled an appointment with a time range of 10-1pm, and the company never showed up. Only after calling at 1pm did we find out they would be 'late' and could arrive at 'around 3pm'. I had to go to work so we rescheduled for 9-12pm one week later. One week later for our second attempt at an appointment they sent a text that morning at 9am (time of the appointment) and said their technician could not come out that day anymore. Same day cancellation AGAIN. We called to see what was going on and they said 'we don't talk to the tenants, you can ask your landlord for updates', extremely unprofessional and terrible customer service. This is incredibly unprofessional, frustrating, and disappointing as I had to change my work schedule around for a company that never showed up, twice in a row. Why would they schedule an appointment that they can't make? Looking through reviews for Shamrock Chimney, I am seeing that this exact experience has happened to a number of people. Please save your time and hire a more reliable, professional company as I wish I would have done.
